Tomahawk ribeye steak is a bone-in ribeye steak, cut from ribs 6-12, with a huge length of bone left intact. 

Tomahawk steak is as tender as can be, with a rich buttery flavor. The addition of the bone adds a wonderful meaty flavor. 

The best cooking method for a Tomahawk ribeye steak is the grill. However, that is not the only way to bring out its greatest qualities.
